If the segment code shows inactive or is not available, the customer is not eligible for this rate plan.
If customers are placed on this plan but do not meet eligibility, they will be moved back to their previous rate plan. Exception: See Escalation Support under Resources below.
Customers who do not have the segment code More_Appreciation_Savings active on their account and 2+ years BAN tenure.
