Redeem the offer via https://promotions.t-mobile.com/aaa for one year's cost of the Basic/Classic membership ($60 average, varies by Club location), paid by T-Mobile to AAA.

Existing AAA customers who redeem this offer must remain in good standing with T-Mobile through their next membership renewal date to be eligible for a year on Us. Existing customers will receive the credit for one year's cost of the Basic/Classic membership at the start of the customer's next renewal period. 

Limits
  • 1 redemption per AAA household and T-Mobile account
  • Max of 12 voice lines per account
  • Offer only covers AAA Basic/Classic memberships
    • AAA Basic/Classic membership is limited to one person; additional members may be added for a fee, per person. 
    • Customers can choose the AAA Plus or Premium membership, but T-Mobile will only cover the cost of the AAA Basic/Classic membership.
    • Customers will pay the difference between the membership cost. See website for additional details.
    • If customers change to a Plus or Premium membership after enrolling in the offer, they will pay any fees and the difference in cost for the upgrade in membership.
    • There is a 3 day waiting period after signing up for membership to use roadside assistance; fee for same day service varies by club/location.
    • Tow mileage limit is between 3-5 miles. The exact number within the 3-5 mile range will vary based on where the customer lives.

    To receive this offer, you'll need to:

    • Have or activate a qualifying T-Mobile account.
    • Redeem the offer on https://promotions.t-mobile.com/aaa.
    • Verify an existing or enroll in a new AAA membership.
    • Enroll in auto-renewal through AAA (new members only).

     

    You'll receive the offer value for one year's cost of the Basic/Classic membership ($60 average, varies by Club location), paid by T-Mobile to AAA.

    2. Enter in your T-Mobile mobile number.
    3. Log in with your T-Mobile ID.


    T-Mobile for Business using Account Hub
    1. Visit https://promotions.t-mobile.com/aaa.
    2. Click on "Click here to login."
    3. Log in to Account Hub.
    4. Go to Manage Accounts.
    5. From the popup, click Promotions Redemption and Select Rebates & Promotion Codes to be redirected to the Start a New Submission page.
    6. On the submission page, enter mobile number and promo code 2022AAAP2.

  4. Read and accept the terms and conditions and continue.
  5. Fill in your personal information and continue.
  6. After successful submission, if approved, you will be taken to a confirmation page. There will be a button to Redeem Now that will direct you to the AAA landing page and next steps.
  7. Click on “I’m not a AAA member” to complete new membership sign up or click “I’m already a AAA member” to redeem the offer toward your next renewal.
  8. Follow the path below based on your AAA membership status.
    • New AAA members: follow the guided steps for new member enrollment. Customers enrolling in a new AAA membership must do so through the unique URL on their T-Mobile offer confirmation page. The code will not work if entered as a promo code on the public AAA club website.
    • Existing AAA members: provide your AAA Member Number or full name and zip code. Once you receive a ‘You’re all set’ confirmation message, no further action needed. It can take up to 24 hours for the redemption to reflect on your AAA member account.

 

  • An Atlas Messaging template has been created to make it easy for you to send customers information on how to redeem. 
  • Open Atlas and search 2022 AAA P2 Support to send the customer the promotions portal URL and steps via SMS or email.

Important: Do not refer customers to AAA for issues with coupon/claim code or to request a code. AAA is unable to provide the code to customers.

  3. Click Check Status and log in using their T-Mobile ID. Claim Code URL will displayed.
  4. Assist customer with completing their online registration with AAA as outlined under Review & take action.

 

T-Mobile Promo Tool

  1. Access the T-Mobile Promo Tool.
  2. Search by Tracking ID, Submission ID, Mobile Number, or BAN.
  3. In the results, look for A Year of AAA ON US and click on Details.
  4. Under Special Fields, copy reward code displayed.
  5. Open Atlas and search for 2022 AAA P2 messenger template.
  6. Complete form and paste reward code into the Claim Code field.
  7. Claim code entered will automatically populate into the URL in the message template.
  8. Send to customer.
  9. Verify customer has received the SMS with claim code.
  10. Assist customer with creating their online submission as outlined under Review & take action.

  2. Engage your Coach to create a manual submission for A Year of AAA ON US on behalf of the customer to generate initial coupon/claim code.

  5. Complete form and paste reward code into Claim Code field. Claim code entered will automatically populate into the URL in the message template.
  6. Send to customer.
  7. Verify customer has received the SMS with coupon/claim code.
  8. Advise customer the code can take up to 72 hours to be active on the AAA site.
  9. Assist customer with creating their online submission as outlined under Review & take action.

The Promo Tool will show an updated status for the claim code approximately 24 hours after customer redemption.

  1. Access the T-Mobile Promo Tool.
  2. Search by Tracking ID, Submission ID, Mobile Number, or BAN.
  3. In the results, look for "2022 AAA P2" and click on Details.
  4. Under Special Fields a Code Redeem Date will display if claim code offer has been redeemed with AAA.

A customer's code may not work because:

  • the code was issued more than 365 days ago and was not redeemed with AAA. The code is now expired.
  • the customer is trying to enter the code as a promo code when enrolling as a new AAA member. Enrollment for this promotion happens when the customer clicks Redeem Now from the unique URL on their T-Mobile offer confirmation page. The code will not work if entered as a promo code on the public AAA club website.

 

  1. Access the T-Mobile Promo Tool. Do not refer customers to AAA for issues with coupon/claim code or to request a code. AAA is unable to provide the code to customers. 
  2. Search by Tracking ID, Submission ID, Mobile Number, or BAN.
  3. In the results, look for 'A Year of AAA ON US'. If there are no results for this offer, refer to Review & take action to assist customer with creating their online submission.
  4. If customer already has a submission, check under Special Fields to see if there is a date in the Code Redeem Date field. If yes, the code was redeemed with AAA.
  5. If none of the above scenarios apply, engage your Coach to have a force payment (Make a payment) created for ‘AAA Year on Us ’ offer on behalf of the customer to generate a new link.
    • Coach: see the Make a payment section on T-Mobile promo tool exception handling. Note that the new code will show in the Promo Tool within 1 hour.
    • Once Coach completes the submission, reward code will be available within 1 hour in the T-Mobile Promo Tool under Special Fields.
  6. Under Special Fields section copy the A Year of AAA ON US reward code.
  7. Go to Atlas and search for 2022 AAA P2 in Messenger.
  8. Paste reward code from Promo Tool into claim field. Coupon/Claim code entered will automatically populate into the URL in the message template.
  9. Send to customer.
  10. Verify customer has received the SMS with coupon/claim code. 
  11. Advise customer the code can take up to 72 hours to be active on the AAA site.

  1. Verify customer's T-Mobile account is active.
  2. Verify that customer is on an eligible plan.
  3. Refer the customer to their local AAA club for support.

AAA Issues
