AAA support

Customers should be warm transferred to AAA Member Relations only if the customer has issues with the AAA site during the redemption process. This applies to both TEX and non TEX teams. See Transfers support for more info. 

Questions regarding AAA benefits, AAA billing, or using AAA services applicable to the membership should be directed to the customer's local AAA club.

Do not transfer T-Mobile related calls to AAA.

Questions regarding AAA benefits, AAA billing, or using AAA services applicable to the membership should be directed to the customer's local AAA club.

The customer’s AAA club phone number can be found on their membership card or, have the customer visit www.aaa.com  and enter their ZIP Code to find their local AAA club contact info.

Toll free number available for Team Manager distribution only in approved scenarios. Reach out to your leadership should a customer need to be transferred to them. Team Managers, see AAA Support.

8:30 a.m. - 5:15 p.m. (ET), Monday - Friday

If after hours, call back during normal business hours. 

 

Only warm transfer customers to the toll free number if they have issues with the AAA site during the redemption process. Do not provide this number to customers. 

Refer to the Year of AAA ON US document for instructions on how to assist customers with the following:

  • Steps/how to redeem the offer
  • Check if customer redeemed the offer with AAA
  • Resend or find customer’s coupon/claim code URL

These scenarios should be handled by T-Mobile. Do not transfer to AAA for these requests.
