What's included

Fixed wireless internet data

Two plans to choose from:

  1. 100GB
    • Get up to 140 Hours of Standard Definition or 40 Hours of High-Definition Streaming Video.
    • A great amount of data for those who stream about an hour a day.
  2. 150GB
    • Get up to 210 Hours of Standard Definition or 60 Hours of High-Definition Streaming Video.
    • A great amount of data for those who stream about 2 hours a day or less.

 

Data bucket resets at the beginning of each billing cycle. Speeds reduced to 2G (128kbps) after data bucket is used. Service speeds may vary, and all uses may not be supported in all locations.

Set expectations

  • The gateway is approved to be used at one location. If customers change addresses, they need to get approval for the new address.
  • If a customer cancels their Internet service, the gateway must be returned, or they will be charged a non-return fee up to $370.
  • The account is charged a one-time $79 Internet Equipment Damage Charge if a returned gateway fails the device condition check.
  • During congestion, customers on this plan may notice speeds lower than other customers and further reduction if using >1.2TB/month, due to Data Prioritization.
  • We anticipate download and upload speeds for Lite will in some areas be below those for unlimited Home Internet, based on areas where Lite will be available.
  • Customer receives automatic SMS notifications to the gateway at 80%, 95%, and 100% consumption of the plan monthly data allotment. Lite only customers will also receive an email notification if their email is on file.
  • Once your data limit is reached, speeds will drop to 2G (128 kbps). You can still download security updates to the device as well as perform account management.

Additional details

  • Lite plans are available in most areas without the coverage or capacity required to support unlimited.
  • Not eligible for voice data passes.
  • Cannot use with message blocking or content blocking, including BAN level content blocking.
  • Compatible with Wi-Fi calling.
  • Coverage devices (cell spots and signal boosters) are not compatible.
