Resources
- If the customer came from a plan that included Music Freedom, Binge On, Data Stash, Inflight, Mobile Without Borders, or unlimited 2G international data, let them know this plan does not include these features.
- During congestion, customers may notice slower speeds than other customers (such as Go5G or Magenta). If customers use more than 50GB in a month, they will notice further reduced speeds, as all on-on-network data used counts towards fair-use de-prioritization limits.
- Retired features are not eligible for this plan and will be removed upon switching to this plan, like $0 Promo ONE Plus, Napster Premier, etc.
- Taxes and fees are not included in this plan.
- Canada & Mexico: Customers receive free calling and texting in Canada and Mexico, but do no not receive 5GB of high-speed data. Instead they will experience 2G speeds.
- International Roaming: Customers receive low flat-rate calling (.25 a minute) and free texting in 215+ countries and destinations, but do not receive any international data services without purchasing an international data pass.
