Employees must follow existing guidelines for helping T-Mobile customers and resolving their requests. See Transfer support for more info.
To route the call using Cisco systems, either enter the 5-digit VDN into Finesse/TEA to locate the directory listing, or add 99988 to the VDN when dialing.
