  • Global Plus is a subscriber level feature. Only the line that it's applied to will receive the benefits.

Set expectations

  • This feature is for U.S. based customers making a lot of trips to any of the included 215+ International Roaming countries or destinations, NOT for international based customers.
  • All on-network data used, including free streaming data, counts toward fair-use de-prioritization limits. 
  • Rating is based on customer's location, not the destination of the call.
  • $0.00 rate applies to incoming and outgoing calls to any of the included 215+ International Roaming countries or destinations, including calling the U.S. when you're travelling internationally.
  • Roaming on a cruise ship is not included with this feature. For cruise ship rates, see International Roaming on T-Mobile.com.

Resources

  • Global Plus is a non-prorated service. If added to take effect mid cycle, advise that the feature will bill for the full month's charge and will not be prorated.
  • This feature isn't designed as an add/remove feature and has to be in place for the full bill cycle.
  • Only backdate this feature if the account is being treated for High Balance. Work with your coach in these scenarios.
  • The feature can be added same day or future dated, but it will not be prorated and the customer will be billed for the entire month's charge.
  • If the customer is on a paid PlusUp or Stateside feature,  future date the removal of that feature and the addition of Global Plus. In escalated situations only, work with your coach or senior to: 
    • Remove the feature effective same day. Add the Global Plus feature.
    • Provide one-time courtesy credit for the prorated cost of the PlusUp or Stateside feature removed through the end of the bill cycle using the GOODWILL code.
  • The addition of Global Plus will not remove or prevent Extreme Roamer Reduction status on an account.
