Eligibility

Eligible	US and Puerto Rico (SJP) customers. Postpaid customers on Magenta, Unlimited 55, and Military plans. Eligible for employee discount (EMSD)
Not eligible	Government Business Prepaid accounts ONE Plans Essentials or Simple Choice plans

To add PlusUp to an account, add the appropriate data SOC to each desired line and remove any other data SOC the lines have.

PlusUp provides benefits only to the line it's added to.
You can't deactivate or remove individual services from this combined feature.

Taxes and fees for this feature are included in the MRC when added to a Magenta, Unlimited 55, or Military plan.
The Mobile Hotspot allotment isn't available when roaming internationally, but it is available in Canada and Mexico.

PlusUp is a subscriber level feature.
Adding PlusUp has no impact on your Netflix On Us plan eligibility.
When adding PlusUp, you must remove any other data feature on the line.
- Future-date the removal of that feature and the addition of the $15 ONE Plus SOC.
- In escalated situations only, work with your coach or senior to: Remove the feature effective same day > Add the $15 ONE Plus SOC > Provide one-time courtesy credit for the prorated cost of the ONE Plus feature removed through the end of the bill cycle using the GOODWILL code.
PlusUp is a non-prorated service. When added, the full feature charge is billed monthly.
