Before installing

MFA callouts

  • If you are using the old mobile app or any Office 365 apps on your phone, you are registered for MFA. You can move on to Install 
and setup.
  • If you want to authenticate quickly, select Microsoft Authenticator app when registering. You will need to download the Microsoft Authenticator app from your Play or App Store.
  • After registering for MFA, it may take up to 24 hours before you are active in the system and able to successfully access apps.

Install & setup

  1. Open the Google Play Store or App Store on your mobile device.
  2. Search for UKG Pro. (Image 1.)
  3. Select and install the app.
  4. Open the UKG Pro app and you will be prompted to enter the Access Code or URL
    Tip: If the URL option does not auto-populate, go to Settings by tapping the 3 dots.
  5. Enter this URL as the Access Code: https://tmobileusainc-sso.prd.mykronos.com/ The URL is case-sensitive. (Image 2.) Alternatively, you can select the QR Code icon and scan the QR code below. (Image 3.)
  6. Tap Continue.
  7. If your work account is connected to the Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile device, you'll receive an SSO (Single Sign On) screen where you'll select your work email address.
  8. You will be prompted to Approve sign in request. Take note of the number. (Image 4.)
    Tip: If you do not receive a prompt to Approve sign in request, tap the Other ways to sign in link.
  9. Provide the number via the Microsoft Authenticator app pop-up, text, phone call, or email — however you set up your preferences for MFA. (Image 5.)
    Tip: If you would like to change your MFA authentication method, update your Security info. It is recommended that you do so from a work desktop or laptop.
  10. After entering the number, tap Yes, and return to the UKG Pro mobile app.

Access & actions

Employee access

  • UKG Pro can be accessed on and off the internal network. Log in with your work email address, using the icon on your desktop or tablet, or by selecting the following link: https://tmobileusainc-sso.prd.mykronos.com.
  • If you're having problems logging in, check out the Microsoft MFA Registration Steps or MFA phone setup.
  • After four (4) failed login attempts, UKG Pro will lock for 20 minutes, after 20 minutes it will unlock automatically.
  • If you receive a blank screen or loading icon after logging in, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies.
  • If you do not have the UKG Pro icon on your desktop, contact the Technology Service Desk at 877-878-7326.
  • New employees should have access to UKG Pro approximately 24 hours after their first day of work. If you are unable to access it after that time frame, contact the Technology Service Desk at 1-877-878-7326.
  • When you return from LOA, it can take up to three (3) business days after your manager contacts Broadspire for your On Leave status to process and for system access to be regained. If it has been over three (3) business days and you still don't have access, call or chat with us. An On Leave status often presents as a You signed out of your account error message when attempting to log in to UKG Pro.
    Tip: If you haven't used your NTID in the last 90 days, your manager will also need to call the Technology Service Desk (TSD) at 877-878-7326.

  • UKG Pro job aids can be found on Magenta U:
    1. Open the hamburger menu on the upper left.
    2. Select Resources, and a new window will open.
    3. Select Consumer Group, then your role.
    4. Select Training Programs, then UKG Pro Training Index from the drop-down menu.

Finding employees who are terminated

  • To access these employees in UKG Pro, depending on the workspace, select a date range prior to their termination date before navigating to the employee or use the Terminated and Inactive Employees Hyperfind.

Troubleshooting

  • If you get a message that says Cannot Reach Server, check the URL again. Remember, it’s case-sensitive.
  • If you receive the message Your sign-in was blocked or We are currently unable to collect additional security information. Your organization requires this information to be set from specific locations or devices, you need to register for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) or complete MFA phone setup or update your personal phone number in Workday.
  • If you receive a Passcode is not set or Unable to enforce local authentication for this device error message when trying to log in, your mobile device must be set up with a lock (passcode, fingerprint, etc.).

Support

UKG Pro mobile or REMO app glitches and bugs can be reported to UKG when you contact myHR for in-the-moment support. Including your support code can help UKG fix bugs more efficiently.

To locate your support code:

  1. Open the Menu in the mobile or REMO app and tap Support.
  2. Under For more help, tap Copy code or take note of it, and share it when you contact myHR
