Dealer Management System searches

The Dealer Management System is available in ATLAS under Tools. Use these steps to search within the Dealer Management System (DMS). The DMS finds Dealer Code and other information about locations that sell T-Mobile products and services.

Store Locator tool is available on T-Mobile.com, but does not contain Dealer Codes. Dealer Code and Full Dealer Name information are for T-Mobile internal use only, and are not to be given to customers.

Search by Dealer Code

Dealer Code search lets you use all of a dealer code. If you are having trouble finding a dealer with the dealer code, make sure you enter the full 7 digits.

  • Dealer Codes are always 7 digits.
  • Search option will not be enabled until enough digits are entered.
  • If a Dealer Code search comes back with a name, the dealer code is that of a T-Mobile employee.
  • If you get a store name, the dealer code is for one of the other channels.
  • You can identify this by the information listed in the drop down.
  1. Open the DMS.
  2. Click Dealer Code.
  3. Enter details.
  4. Click Search.

Search by dealer name

Dealer Name search allows you to use all of the name.

  1. Open the DMS .
  2. Click Dealer Name
  3. Enter first and last name details.
  4. Click Search.
    • If the search comes back with No Results found.
      1. Confirm FIRST and LAST name details are correct and retry.
      2. Leverage other search options in DMS.
    • Results will return only Active sales representative or dealer.

Search by ZIP code, city, or state

  1. Open the DMS.
  2. Click Dealer location.
  3. Select ZIP code.
  4. Enter the exact ZIP code.
  5. Click Search.
    • DMS tool can't locate stores in adjacent ZIP codes.
    • For a small town or city, it may not be enough to ask the customer for their ZIP code.
    • In this case, a new search using the city and state may give more useful results.
  6. Enter City or select State from the drop down
  7. Click Search.

Dealer discrepancy

  1. Confirm as much information as possible.
  2. Email Sales Code Assignment with the incorrect dealer information.
  3. Include the following information in your email:
    • Dealer name:
    • Dealer code:
    • Specify which information needs to be corrected

Cannot access DMS site via VPN

If you attempt to access the DMS site via VPN and cannot access, you need additional VPN permissions. 

  • Work with your manager to submit a ticket to update your permissions
  • The additional VPN permission required is VPN-Network-PCI
  • You also need to keep your existing General Access VPN-Network-EIT permission
