Log in: Atlas

Use these steps to launch and log in to Atlas. Only use Atlas in Chrome. It should open by default in this browser.

Launch application

Find the Atlas Desktop Icon on your device.

If you're unable to find the Desktop Icon use the following URL: https://beta.launchpad.t-mobile.com/care to log in.

Log in

  • Atlas is a single sign-on. No need to log in with your NT information.
  • To Log out, close the Atlas window and re-launch via the icon when you need to log back in.

User profile

  1. Select the Legacy Rep Care (Coaches and below) profile from the drop-down list. 
  2. Team Managers, select Legacy Manager Care profile.
  3. Click Continue.
