Payout

Customers will receive monthly bill credits after both their voice and BTS lines have or switch to qualifying rate plans. (including future dated).

  • Customer will pay $5/ month for eligible BTS line(s) after monthly bill credit(s). AutoPay is not required to receive the BTS for $5/month. 
    • $40 monthly bill credit for Tablet w/Next and Laptop w/Next line(s)
    • $12 (wearable) or $22 (standalone) monthly bill credit for Watch w/Next line(s)
  • Credit applies to the BTS line MRC only. Chargeable add-ons greater than $0 will be the customer’s responsibility to pay. 
    TFB: Customers with 6-12 voice lines on Go5G Business Next plans with additional taxes and fees will receive credits to discount the monthly service price of their line to $5 but will be responsible for all applicable taxes and fees.
  • The bill credits start within 2 bill cycles from activation.
  • Customers keep the credit for as long as they meet the promo requirements.

  1. Go over the promo details and these advisements with your customer so they understand what to do to get and keep this promo:

     

    Your credits should begin within your first bill cycle, but in some cases, it may take up to 2 bill cycles to begin.

    If you change to an ineligible voice or BTS rate plan and lose your BTS line credits, you have 90 days to switch back to an eligible rate plan. You will not receive any credits that were missed.

  2. Confirm customer is on, or changing to, a qualifying voice and BTS rate plan.

Having trouble?

  • Setup Known Issue: Some users are encountering errors when attempting to setup cellular service on watches with the new Watch with Go5G Next rate plans. A fix has been identified and teams are working quickly to resolve.If you encounter this error:
    • Temporarily switch the watch rate plan to the equivalent Apple Watch or Android Watch rate plan that does not require Go5G Next.
    • Complete the watch setup.
    • After completing setup, switch the rate plan back to the Apple Watch or Android Watch with Go5G Next rate plan.
  • Promotion Enrollment Known Issue: Some customers with BTS service discounts already on their account who change their BTS rate plan(s) to take advantage of this promotion are not receiving the promotion on the previously discounted line(s). 
    • Teams are working toward a resolution.
    • Impacted lines will be automatically corrected within 2 bill cycles. Advise your customers to allow up to 2 bill cycles for enrollment. 
    • A one-time credit will be applied to the customer's account for any missed promotional credit(s).
    • Once the enrollment is completed and the credit is applied, the customer will receive an enrollment SMS and a memo will be added to their account.

At least one voice line on an Better Value/Experience Beyond/Go5G Next/Business Next voice plan is required to qualify for this promotion.

Yes.  At this time, the Watch, Laptop, and Tablet with Better Value/Experience Beyond/Go5G Next/Business Next plans and the device promotions associated with them are only eligible to accounts with up to 12 voice lines.  If a customer wants to grow their account, they will need to change their voice and BTS lines to new rate plans.

Most device promotions are not eligible on the Watch, Tablet, or Laptop with Better Value/Experience Beyond/Go5G Next/Business Next plans. Customers may lose the remaining credits when moving to the new plans/promotion. Check the specific device promotion for eligibility.

No. Eligible lines will be $5/month even if the customer does not have AutoPay on an eligible payment method. Additionally, these lines will not count toward the 8 AutoPay discount maximum.
