T-Mobile SyncUP TRACKER rate plan gives customers the ability to track what matters to them by using a combination of GPS technology and T-Mobile’s nationwide network with the use of the T-Mobile SyncUP TRACKER device and complimentary app.

  • Postpaid consumer accounts in the U.S & Puerto Rico.
  • Individual account types
  • Plan type: MI / Product type IoT
  • New activations with voice lines and these plans must have the voice line activate before adding a SyncUP TRACKER plan. 

Not eligible

Absence
  • Business-Corporate (B/C), Business-Non Profit (B/P), Business-National (B/N), Business-Retail (B/L), and Business with SSN (I/S) account types
  • Government, No Credit Check, or Prepaid accounts

To add the plan to an account, add the SOC. SyncUP TRACKER 1 plans opened May 7, 2021. SyncUP TRACKER 2 plans opened November 7, 2024.

  • All on-network data used counts towards fair-use de-prioritization limits.
  • Requires a SyncUP TRACKER device available through EIP in store or through Care teams.
  • This plan is voice barred.
  • Location is managed through SyncUP TRACKER app.
  • SyncUP TRACKER app displays a maximum of 8 MSISDNs (devices) - each device must have its own line of service.
  • Rate plan will not work with any other device.
