Set expectations
- Automatic connection can only be set up with the G4AR. All gateways can use manual activation via T-Life.
- Top-up passes
- Three 100-hour top-up passes per year (365 days from the date they use the first one) included at no additional cost.
- Each top-up pass expires 30 days after adding it to the account.
- You can add the top-up pass in T-Life, MyTMO, or contact Care.
- Customers will receive notifications to their account email when:
- A primary ISP extended outage is detected
- A primary ISP extended outage is resolved
- 80% of Backup hours are used
- 100% of Backup hours are used
- Unused hours don't roll over.
- The gateway is approved to be used at one location. If customers change addresses, they need to get approval for the new address.
- During congestion, customers on this plan may notice speeds lower than other customers and further reduction if using >600GB/mo., due to data prioritization.
