Set expectations
- The gateway is approved to be used at one location. If customers change addresses, they need to get approval for the new address.
- If a customer cancels their Internet service, the gateway must be returned, or they will be charged a non-return fee up to $370.
- The account is charged a one-time $79 Internet Equipment Damage Charge if a returned gateway fails the device condition check.
- During congestion, customers on this plan may notice speeds lower than other customers and further reduction if using >1.2TB/month, due to Data Prioritization.
Additional details
- T-Mobile Internet is compatible with Wi-Fi calling.
- Can't use with message blocking or content blocking, including BAN level content blocking.
- Coverage devices (cell spots and signal boosters) are not compatible.
