Set expectations

  • One mesh Wi-Fi extender is included. If customer uses guided set up for the first mesh Wi-Fi extender and still needs additional Wi-Fi coverage, they can have one additional mesh Wi-Fi extender. (Total of two per line of service at no extra charge).
  • The gateway is approved to be used at one location. If customers change addresses, they need to get approval for the new address.
  • If a customer cancels their Internet service, the gateway and mesh Wi-Fi extender(s) must be returned, or they will be charged a non-return fee up to $370.
  • The account is charged a one-time $79 Internet Equipment Damage Charge if a returned gateway fails the device condition check.
  • During congestion, customers on this plan may notice speeds lower than other customers and further reduction if using >1.2TB/month, due to Data Prioritization.

 

Additional Details

  • T-Mobile Internet is compatible with Wi-Fi calling.
  • Can't use with message blocking or content blocking, including BAN level content blocking.
  • Coverage devices (cell spots and signal boosters) are not compatible.
