Promo Impacts	New T-Mobile customers and existing customers always get the same great deals and can upgrade every two years with New in Two. Postpaid customers on the T-Mobile biller keep their discounted AALs (promotions delivered via monthly bill credits) when moving to this plan. Check the specific promo/offer page to ensure that there are no exceptions for migrating to this plan after the promo period.

Set expectations

If the customer is coming from a plan that includes Music Freedom, Binge On, or Data Stash, let the customer know that this plan does not include these features.
If the customer has any retired features, those will be removed upon switching to this plan.
Tax treatment for add-ons or upgraded services (such as Netflix upgrades) may be different from the tax treatment of the plan.
If a customer is migrating from a tax excluded plan, they can only have a combined total of 12 lines.

Resources

Customers can upgrade Netflix for an additional cost.
Adding a feature with additional hotspot will start the customer over at zero. It will not take into account the amount already used this cycle.
