Magenta Complete UScellular plans: Postpaid

These Magenta Complete plans are T-Mobile versions of UScellular plans that match what customers were paying before their accounts moved to the T-Mobile billing system.

Guidelines

Only available for Magenta Complete UScellular customers. Do not proactively offer these plans.

Available to UScellular customers moved to Magenta Complete. Indicator will appear on account.
Eligible to Individual and Special account types.
Eligible for the Employee Mobile Service Discount benefit

Plan changes

These plans are restricted to permissioned users in Customer Care (Associate Manager+ in Domestic Care and Team Manager+ in Global Care)
Partner with your supervisor or contact the Retail Support Line (RSL) for UScellular rate plan support.
Customers can change plans to another version of their existing plan to accommodate line count changes.
Only some Magenta Complete plan, service, and feature changes (such as AAL) may be supported in T-Life and vary depending on plan.
- Many plans are built with 1 BAN level SOC for every combo of line count (such as one different SOC code for a two-line BAN, a three-line BAN, a four-line BAN etc.).
- Changing between the same family version of plans may be available in T-Life (such as changing from BAN level plan for 5 lines to BAN level plan for 6 lines).
- If the customer cannot add lines or change plans in T-Life, contact your supervisor (for Care) or RSL (for Retail).
The plan details and prices below are only applicable for when features were added to accounts.

Promos and discounts

Employees should follow the standard plan change process when changing plans to set the proper expectations about promo or discount impacts and to educate your customer about their services and expected monthly recurring charges related to a plan.
As more accounts move over time, UScellular customers with promotions will keep their promos when their accounts move.
Employees should review any existing promo page to set expectations when a customer is moving from one plan (such as Magenta Complete) to another (such as Experience Beyond).
Plans eligible for AutoPay discount will have AutoPay listed as eligible. If AutoPay is not listed, the plan is not eligible for AutoPay.

AAL SOCs below can be added or removed for customers who already have Magenta Complete plans. If customers request an AAL and it requires a new plan SOC and is not available in T-Life, Care/RSL leaders (Associate Manager+ in Domestic Care, Team Manager+ in Global) have permissions to add/remove in the following scenarios:

Scenario: Moving from Magenta Complete single line to two+ lines. Includes moving from a multiline Magenta Complete plan to another when adding lines (requiring rate plan change to accommodate additional lines).
Scenario: On a Magenta Complete single line and wants to add another Magenta Complete single line.
- If a customer is currently on a single line Magenta Complete plan, then they can add another single line plan that is either Magenta Complete plan or non-Magenta Complete plan.
- If you select a non-Magenta Complete plan, ensure it is the most cost effective for the customer.
