Troubleshooting

The Hulu SOCs should not be removed from accounts and then added back to attempt to resolve issues. This may cause customers to experience additional issues.

  1. Advise customers to access Hulu.com or the Hulu app.
  2. Instruct them to use the Forgot password process.

Hulu validates the Hulu account billed by at subscriber level, so the Hulu account moves to new account with the number.

  • If the accepting account already has a Hulu account, the Hulu SOC should be expired from the number.
  • If the account holder on the original (releaser) account wants to maintain the Hulu account, it can be converted from one number to another.

Check the subscription status in Atlas and determine if there is an active All-In Home Internet SOC and Hulu SOC on the account.
