Fulfillment of the Sam's Club eGift Card is automatic and all payouts are sent via SMS and/or email.
Important expert action: Enter the customer’s Sam’s Club Membership ID manually and verify it before completing the transaction. Incorrect or missing IDs will cause the Member Benefit offer to be denied.Sam's Club Member Benefit Promo: Once you’ve met all promotional requirements (including 90 days of service), your Sam's Club eGift Card will arrive automatically – allow up to 16 weeks from qualifying transaction.
Plus-Up Promo: If you qualify for a Plus-Up, your Sam's Club eGift Card will arrive within 1 week of your Sam's Club Member Benefit payout – allow up to 17 weeks from qualifying transaction.

Issue Handling

- For activity after 4/5/23, it will be visible approximately 3-4 weeks after qualifying activity. If a valid reason is identified, permissioned users can complete a Force Pay (takes up to 30 business days to deliver to customers).
- For activity after 7/24/25, submission and status will not be available until 45 days after qualifying purchase. Plus-up status will only be available after approval of Member Benefit payout.
If a Force Pay* is necessary for any of these promos (excluding Fiber*), ensure the correct option is used in the promo tool.
